Hearing/Linguistics CRC - Human Brain Mapping of Tinnitus & its Remediation
Scholarship Description
A 3 year PhD scholarship is available in the Department of Linguistics, Macquarie University, in conjunction with the HEARing Co-operative Research Centre. This project aims to assess the subjective changes in tinnitus throughout a tinnitus remediation program and correlate this with changes in cortical auditory activity measured objectively. It also aims to identify whether objective measurement can be used to tailor remediation programs to individuals. Suitable applicants would have a background in the measurement of evoked potentials. Candidates experienced in working with patient groups/neuroimaging encouraged to apply. Payment Information
The value of this scholarship is AUD22500 (per annum). This award is to be used for research, living expenses and fees. This scholarship is paid fortnightly for the period of 3 years.

Eligibility
